Kahunam has hit the big one-year milestone.

Terms and Conditions for Instagram Like, Comment, and Post to Your Story Competition
1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, except employees of Kahunam Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
1.2. Participants must have an active Instagram account.
1.3. The competition is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter the competition, participants must:
- Like the competition post.
- Drop a random octopus fact in the comments 🐙 (seriously, the weirder, the better). Or just an octopus emoji will do 🐙, no pressure!
- Post the competition post to their Instagram Story.
- A single entry per instagram account is allowed.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition will run from Wed Oct 23th to Wed Nov 6th. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received based on data provided via the Instagram platform at the time of the competition closing and prize being drawn.
4.2. We will reach out to the winner directly via Instagram Direct Message. If we cannot get a response within 72 hours then we will rescind the offer and will offer the prize to another randomly selected user. Please make sure to follow our account so that you don’t miss out on any notifications.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize is a $50 USD (Amazon US) or £40 GBP (Amazon UK) voucher depending on the winner’s location.
5.2. If the winner is located within a country or region whereby we cannot issue the gift, due to sanctions or other legal restrictions, then we will make a donation to charity instead of the value of the gift. The winner will not receive any prize or cash alternative in this situation.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name, social media handles, and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
6.2. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
6.3 Data on entrants will be processed temporarily to decide on the winning entrant. After the winning entrant has been decided any personal data relating to the competition remaining will be deleted within 14 days.
7. General
7.1. Kahunam Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or change the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
7.2. If for any reason we are unable to continue with the competition or there is a technical fault, we will endeavour to make a donation to charity of the value of the gift and will apologise to the entrants.
7.3. By engaging with the competition, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
7.4. Kahunam Ltd. is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
