What if I can't think of any tasks?
In our experience, this rarely happens. There's always changes to react to or a higher standard to aspire to. If you're not sure what to brief, our team will scan your site for opportunities. We'll make suggestions and you'll get to approve them.

Why do some pagebuilders cost extra?
Pagebuilders often add unnecessary code bloat which means optimisation requires extra work. Each pagebuilder requires team members trained in its capabilities and limitations, so the fee for managing some of them is slightly higher.

What happens if I want to fully redesign my website?
We can do this but it's not included in the retainer service. There will be a separate fee and timeline depending on the complexity of your project.

What about national holidays, training days or sickness?
We'll make arrangements to communicate with you and plan resources around these dates to maintain a good pace of delivery.

How does billing work?
You'll be billed at the start of each billing period. If you'd prefer to simplify into one payment, please speak with our team.

Can I cancel my plan?
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime. 3-month and 12-month plans have minimum commitments and renew at the end of each period.
