Expectations
We'll be working closely together. We're here to help you bounce ideas off as well — and can generally advise on most things tech-related to your website. That said, we want to make sure we set expectations so we work well together.
Clear instructions help us get it right first time.
The more detail you provide, the faster we deliver exactly what you need. References to other websites, apps, or even your own wireframes are all welcome. In the absence of this, when building new pages we'll take inspiration from the rest of your site.
Operating hours
Monday to Friday, excluding standard national holidays and a short break during Christmas and New Year.
Delivery times
36–72 hours for most tasks, often faster for smaller requests. Each round of feedback may extend timelines.
Content submissions
Please send blog posts and articles via Google Doc or email. This allows us to format, add images, set categories, write meta descriptions, and assign authors properly.
Urgent requests
If you have a quick, urgent fix and can log in yourself, that may be the fastest option. However, we'll always do our best to respond promptly to time-sensitive requests.
One domain per plan
Your plan covers one domain. If you have multiple sites, each requires its own plan.

You pay your agencies for their expertise — not their overpriced, low-quality development work. Let them focus on strategy. We'll handle the build.

Send their technical audits or recommendations direct to us. We'll implement everything and report back on any issues. Done.

What if I need something urgently?
We'll always do our best to prioritise urgent requests. For very quick fixes, you might be faster doing it yourself if you have access. The delivery timeframes exist to ensure we deliver quality work to all clients.

Do unused tasks roll over?
There are no "task credits" to roll over. You have unlimited requests — submit as many as you need, when you need them.

Can I use this for multiple websites?
Each plan covers one domain. If you have additional websites, you'll need a separate plan for each.

What if I have a large project like implementing fixes from a large audit or report?
We'll split it into subtasks and work through them as fast as possible. We'll work with you to prioritise the most important tasks.

Do you handle hosting or domain management?
This retainer covers development work. Hosting and domain management can be discussed separately if needed.

What's included in blog post uploads?
We select a suitable image, assign categories, write the meta description, and assign the author. Bulk uploads count as one task in progress.

What happens after 12 months?
Your plan automatically renews for another 12-month cycle. We'll be in touch before renewal to confirm.

Can I cancel early?
The 12-month minimum term is required. Early cancellation is not available under standard terms.
