Your Commitment
Commitment is in 4-week blocks. In session four, we'll review progress and decide together whether you want to continue.
Flexibility
Yes, we can be flexible. If you have a holiday or other commitments, we'll move your session to the following week. If you don't use all four sessions within an eight-week period, any remaining sessions will be cancelled without refund. This is simply to allow us to schedule effectively – we hope you understand and find this fair. We're always happy to do our best to accommodate your needs.
Most people need 2–3 months to transform their operations. You can have something working in as little as 2–4 weeks.

I'm not technical – is this going to be difficult?
We'll do some technical setup on your laptop, but here's the magic: we use these same tools to help us use them. You don't need to write any code yourself. I guide you through everything, at your pace.

Which tools and models will we use?
Whatever fits you best. On the CLI side that's Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build or OpenRouter (which gives you DeepSeek and dozens of other models). We add MCP servers to connect your tools, and automation platforms like n8n to run things in the background. You're never locked into a single vendor – that's the whole point.

What happens after the training?
You're welcome to run it yourself – no pressure to keep subscribing. You'll own your second-brain system and know how to extend it.

How long until I see results?
Within 2–4 weeks you'll have at least one or two services integrated – for example, your email connected to your CRM. Most people hit full speed in 2–3 months.

What about my data security?
We put NDA and data disclosures in place to protect your customers' personal data, your IP, and your processes. You choose where your data goes – including self-hosted and open models where privacy matters.

What are my running costs once I finish?
It depends on how much you use it and whether your work needs the most intelligent models or can run on cheaper ones – and because you're not locked in, you can mix and match.
Cheapest route: route work through OpenRouter to a low-cost model like DeepSeek, or self-host n8n – you can run a lot for a few pounds a month.
Light to moderate use: budget $25–35 / £20–25 per month for a plan like Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus or a Grok subscription. This covers most day-to-day operations.
Heavy / power use: $120–240 / £90–180 per month for a top-tier plan gives you the most capable models with little chance of hitting limits, even running several projects at once.
For most people, $25–120 / £20–90 per month is plenty to run the whole system plus any n8n automations we set up. We'll cover how to manage your budget and get the most value throughout the sessions.
