This policy applies only to purchases made directly online with a Credit/Debit Card or other payment wallet. It does not apply to any other agreements arranged between Kahunam Ltd and other parties.
Monthly Subscription Services
Our month-to-month web development subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. When you purchase these services online using a credit card:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to receive services through the end of the period you have paid for
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period
Annual Services
For 12-month services:
- A formal contract is required
- Full payment for all 12 months must be completed as per the agreement
- Your account must be maintained in good standing
- We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received as agreed
- We may take legal steps to recover:
- Payments for services already delivered but not paid for
- Outstanding amounts for the remaining months in your contract
Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase:
- You are eligible for a full refund if you notify us before any work has commenced
- Once work has begun on your website (e.g., tasks have been initiated), no refund will be provided
- It is your responsibility to communicate your decision before work begins

We are committed to maintaining positive relationships with our clients and will make every effort to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

- Provide detailed information about your concern

- Acknowledge receipt of your dispute
